What We Do
Responsive web and mobile platforms, progressive web applications and native mobile tools built with modern frameworks for internal tools and customer facing products.
Intelligent features integrated directly into your products — from natural language processing and computer vision to predictive analytics and recommendation systems.
Pipelines that collect, transform and surface your data. Real time dashboards, data warehousing, extract transform and load processes and business intelligence tooling built for scale.
Systems that connect your existing tools, automate workflows and scale with your organisation. Application programming interfaces, middleware and legacy system modernisation.
Match my situation
Three short questions. No fields to fill in, no data leaves your browser. The outcome names the two services that fit best and links to each.
Question 1 of 3
Pick the option that best describes the dominant pain. You can pick another route later.
What we will not build
A short list of the briefs we turn down. We publish it so the conversation gets shorter and the fit gets clearer.
Boundary 1
If the product cannot explain itself to the people whose data it holds, we are the wrong build partner. We will work on products that publish a privacy notice in plain language and give the visitor a real choice.
Boundary 2
Fingerprinting, cross site identity stitching and consent screens written to wear visitors down are not engineering problems we want to solve. We build measurement that respects the browser controls the visitor has set.
Boundary 3
We will build software for regulated business to business operators where audit and licensing are airtight. We will not build consumer facing betting, slot or lottery platforms. The downside on the visitor is too asymmetric.
Selected Work
A web application for document management with optical character recognition processing, real time status updates and automated maintenance workflows.
A migration engine that transfers data between incompatible database systems, handling partial records, schema mismatches and rollback on failure.
A scalable analytics module that bolts onto existing platforms, providing real time dashboards, event tracking and customisable alerts.

We split JavaScript Object Notation Linked Data construction into typed factories under /lib/seo/schema. Each schema.org type now has its own helper so per page graphs stay consistent and the change set is reviewable in isolation.

The contact form ships with a Cloudflare Turnstile gate, an Origin and Referer check and a token bucket limiter at five submissions per Internet Protocol address per hour. Spam attempts are dropped before they hit the email transport.

The linter runs as a Node script over the central seo-content library and any Markdown surfaces. It blocks American spellings, serial commas before "and" or "or", a curated list of hyphenated compounds and the usual banned phrases.

Armdia Systems is a software development consultancy founded on the belief that exceptional software requires more than code — it requires engineering discipline, clear communication and genuine commitment to the outcome. We partner with organisations to design, build and maintain the systems their operations depend on.
Our clients range from early stage startups launching their first product to established enterprises modernising critical infrastructure. What they share is an expectation of quality, reliability and a development partner that treats their project as seriously as they do.

Client logos are displayed once written consent is granted. Current proof is shown through named and anonymised case studies.
Reduced end users' document analysis time by approximately seven minutes per ten page document. Automated classification removed the need for manual sorting on over 85 per cent of incoming files and cut administrative overhead by roughly twelve hours each week.
Reduced manual data reconciliation effort from three working days to under four hours per migration cycle. Eliminated the need for overnight maintenance windows during transfer operations and decreased the error rate on record mapping from one in forty to fewer than one in two thousand.
Enabled operations teams to identify performance anomalies within seconds rather than waiting for weekly batch reports. Reduced average incident response time by twenty two minutes and allowed managers to reallocate roughly six hours per week previously spent compiling data manually.

| Option | Best fit | Risk to check |
|---|---|---|
| Armdia Systems | Bespoke systems with clear ownership and United Kingdom first delivery. | Requires a proper discovery phase before fixed pricing. |
| Off the shelf SaaS | Standard workflows with little custom process risk. | Licence, integration and process mismatch costs can grow. |
| Freelance contractor | Small isolated tasks with limited governance needs. | Continuity, documentation and support coverage need scrutiny. |
Most Armdia Systems engagements run from GBP 25,000 to GBP 150,000 depending on scope. A paid discovery phase starts from GBP 4,000 and produces the evidence needed for a fixed price build quote.
Small discovery and build phases can run for six to ten weeks. Larger platforms usually take three to nine months because design, testing, security review and handover need proper time.
United Kingdom hosting is the default. Where a provider cannot support a UK region, we document the exception and agree the data processing position with the client before build work starts.
The client owns the bespoke code and project artefacts at handover subject to the signed agreement. We keep only pre existing tools, reusable know how and open source dependencies under their original licences.
Yes. We support public sector buyers with accessibility, security, procurement documentation, UK data residency and service standard evidence. Framework participation is listed on the certifications page as it changes.
The default stack is TypeScript, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Vercel, Cloudflare and GitHub Actions. artificial intelligence systems may use OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral or open weight models depending on the data and evaluation needs.
