How We Solved It
Approach
We built a modular analytics extension designed to integrate with any platform via a lightweight software development kit. Server side event ingestion feeds a real time dashboard with configurable widgets, threshold based alerts and exportable reports.
The Result
Outcome
Enabled operations teams to identify performance anomalies within seconds rather than waiting for weekly batch reports. Reduced average incident response time by twenty two minutes and allowed managers to reallocate roughly six hours per week previously spent compiling data manually.
